These large snowman mugs are perfect for a cosy cup of tea or lunchtime soup in the chilly winter months.

They are individually wheel-thrown using porcelain clay and handpainted. The inside of the mug has small, black dots.

These mugs are dishwasher safe.

As with all handmade ceramics, each piece is unique and small differences between pieces should be expected.

Shipping is to the UK only at the moment.

Please allow up to 3-5 Working days for your order to be processed. Items will be sent by Royal Mail, 2nd class delivery or Evri (select option at checkout). However, if you require your piece sooner, say for a birthday, please get in touch and I will quote you on first class delivery.
You have 14 days, from receipt of your order, to contact me if you wish to return an item. It must remain in an unused condition and be returned in its original packaging and condition. Once the returned item has been received , the purchase price, minus the cost of shipping, will be refunded.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, made-to-order to your specific requirements and gift vouchers.
