You have 14 days, from receipt of your order, to contact me if you wish to return an item. It must remain in an unused condition and be returned in its original packaging and condition. Once the returned item has been received , the item price will be refunded.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, made-to-order to your specific requirements and gift vouchers.
